With respect to the shipping, the order actually arrived well over a week early - which is great! We ship from the UK (you may not have been aware) and yet the parcel took just over a week to reach you, despite choosing the slowest 'Standard' shipping. The issue with the shirts is certainly frustrating, as our non-iron shirts are very highly regarded and praised for their ease of use, requiring very little in the way of care or ironing. Popping the shirts in the dryer for a quick spin on a low temperature can really help with creases, due to the heat activating the non-iron properties within the cotton. Of course, you are fully covered by our 6-month guarantee. So if you are not 100% happy with the shirts they can be returned. We hope they will grow on you however, and be enjoyed for a long time to come.
