Shorts came wrinkled and are still wrinkled after washing and ironing.

We would recommend a light steam on the shorts - with a damp cloth between the iron and the product to prevent any damage. That should help to remove any lingering creases or wrinkles.
Of course, if the issue remains then you are certainly welcome to return the item to us under our guarantee - you are fully covered for 6 months after the purchase and we stand ready to assist if you need any support.
