We take such concerns seriously, of course, and will always offer our assistance should anything go wrong with a purchase. We must note that this purchase was made in December 2024 however, which was around 18 months ago. That puts the item purchased well outside of our stated guarantee and return period. It's a real shame, however, that you have found an issue with the fit - particularly as it relates to the shirt cuffs. This is, of course, a tricky thing to balance as everyone has different requirements and customers with the same neck/collar size can have very different needs in terms of the cuff opening. Generally speaking, we would err on the side of caution and make them a little larger, to accommodate all customers. It's also done to allow a watch to move freely under the shirt cuff. If a watch were to continuously rub or hit against the cuff edge, it would cause damage over time - but slipping under the cover negates this possibility. Rest assured, we're always taking on board feedback from our customers, and our Products Team will consider carefully whether to adjust the cuff opening based on all the feedback we receive.
