I have used this company in the past with great results. I wanted to surprise my husband with some customized shirts, so I came straight here to Charles Tyrwhitt! The ordering process was easy, there is a huge selection to choose from, which can be daunting for some, but I made my way through it. We received our order with no problems and the shirts seemed to be ok, they seemed to be much thinner than I remembered. However, on my husband’s first wear, this past week for our Passover celebration, we noticed a small defect on the sleeve of the shirt, but we didn’t think much of it, so he went ahead about it on, well, by the time we got into the car, about 15 minutes) the shirt had completely ripped apart. We didn’t not have time to change, so he had to wear his suit jacket all evening. Very disappointed in the quality of these shirts. I paid extra for monogramming, and I feel like it was just a waste!
