Shrunk in wash

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear that your polo has shrunk so quickly after purchase. As long as the items are being washed at the recommended temperature via the care label, this shouldn't happen. Typically we would arrange for an instant replacement but it seems that the other items you purchased weren't quite what you were expecting either. I would not like to assume that replacements are what you're looking for without discussing this further.
