Metal part discoloring within a month

No directions were provided for reversing the belt.

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear that our reversable belt has caused some confusion. Our reversable belts work the same as others from many other companies in that you simply pull the buckle away from the belt (lightly) and twist it to reverse the design. If you find that this design is not quite to your taste, please do return it to us for an exchange or a refund.
