The belt is too narrow.

Thank you for your feedback on the Black Leather Formal Belt and it's certainly a shame that the belt is a touch narrow for you. This style of belt is designed to be used with suit trousers/pants, which typically have a narrower waistband than jeans or chinos. We do offer belts which are more suitable for those styles of trousers, so we'd definitely recommend taking a look at those options - there are some great ones to choose from!

The belt was of good quality but its a thinner belt which I did not realize. It does it have to be super thick, but I would have preferred of it was a little thicker.

Formal belts are intended more for use with suit trousers, which typically have smaller/narrower belt loops than those found on chinos or jeans. We do offer a range of belts designed to be more casual and these are a touch thicker, so would certainly encourage you to look at those. You'd be welcome to return this one for an exchange, should you wish.
