My jacket had been worn before. When I checked inside pocket there were a bunch of business cards… how disappointing. I should be compensated as I bought a new jacket which clearly had been worn before

This was sent to me in the wrong size. I then set about exchanging it for the right size following all procedures. Was told the size was now out of stock and given a 25 dollar credit. Very bad practice and policy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry that you were initially sent the incorrect size and that, after following the exchange process, we were unable to provide a replacement because the jacket had sold out in your required size.
While we appreciate this outcome was disappointing, please note that the jacket has been refunded in full and, in recognition of the inconvenience caused, we also provided a $25 voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
Should you wish to select an alternative jacket or style, we would be happy to honour the same offer and arrange complimentary premium delivery for the replacement order.
