The brown belt color rubbed off from normal use after a couple months, leaving a bright white line.

I'm very sorry indeed to hear that this shirt arrived damaged. We take extra care when shirts are brought through our QA process so I'm disappointed to see that this one has slipped the net. Faulty items are very rare with instances being few and far between. Typically we would send out a replacement however this time I can see that the item in question has already been returned for a refund. I'm sorry that the quality was not up to our typically high standards this time and we hope you'll give us a chance to redeem ourselves in the future.

I ordered as typical here, my waist size plus 1.5-2" but this belt is now 2" too big. I guess another difference between how English differ from American. Lesson learned.
