Polos shrunk terribly with the first wash. Turned into a child’s length polo

Our polos should not be shrinking at all if washed at the correct temperature and according the care label so I'm disappointed to hear you've been effected. I've arranged for an expedited replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible and I would greatly appreciate it if you could check your new email for all the details.

This will contain your return label and we will always try to arrange a printer free option first if at all possible. If you have received a printer-required label, I’m afraid that this means there is no printer free option for your order.
