Sizing way off. Every pair of pants across brands is size 36. Ordered 36 in these pants and they were way too small. Because of shipping and return costs I am going to pay $25 to try on pants.

It's disappointing to see that your most recent purchase from us has not been a successful one, which we're sorry for. We know how important it is to have confidence in the sizing of clothing, especially when purchasing online. Our trousers should absolutely be the size stated on the label, albeit with a small tolerance built in. The Navy Natural Stretch Twill Suit Trousers are 100% cotton, so if you are used to trousers with, say, a small amount of Elastane (for added stretch), these may not have quite the same amount of 'give' in them. We'd certainly recommend visiting one of our stores, if you have the chance. You can try on various products and ascertain the right size/fit for you. Our colleagues there will be more than happy to help and provide some suggestions.
