Ordering orders was easy. Shipping was perfect. Quality control?
I received shoes that are supposed to be new - yet they were either used and resold as new or defective from the manufacturing process. The leather on one shoe has deep scratches, and the soles are dirty.
Mistakes happen, but QC is as important as shoe quality. For a company they fashions itself as a higher end clothier, this was disappointing.
