I recently purchased a pair of dark brown penny loafers from Charles Tyrwhitt. Unfortunately, the original pair arrived with noticeable creasing, prompting me to request an exchange.
The replacement pair initially looked better and fit comfortably. However, after wearing them for just a few days at a professional conference, the leather developed deep, pronounced creases across both shoes.
While I understand that leather naturally creases with wear, I did not expect this degree of deterioration so quickly, particularly given the price and quality associated with Charles Tyrwhitt.
