We're really sorry to learn that your new belt was not sized as you had expected, and that this has caused you disappointment. When ordering a belt, you would typically order the exact same size as the waist size on your trousers/pants - as the middle 'notch' is designed for that size. When dealing with the Stretch belts, this is a little different as there are no notches - but the principle on sizing remains the same, and it's best to just order your usual waist size.
It's a real shame that this hasn't worked out for you on this occasion, but we'll reach out to you and offer our assistance with making a return, either for a refund or an exchange.
