The cotton fabric was so rough I haven’t even worn the shirt I ordered. Glad I only bought one.

The Oxford weave is a traditional weave that is much-loved by customers for its somewhat thicker and heavier feel, compared to the Twill or Poplin. We appreciate that not everyone will love every weave, however, and that's why we offer a wide array of different options - we're sure we will have one which is perfect for you!
By all means, you are welcome to return this shirt to us under our guarantee and we can exchange it for a weave which is more to your liking. The Twill is extremely popular, whilst the Poplin will provide the 'smoothest' feel as it has no discernable texture to the weave. Should you need any help making a return of course, please don't hesitate to let us know.
