The web site was easy to navigate and ordering was relatively simple. I could not get ApplePay to work, however. The order shipped quickly with free shipping and arrived before the originally anticipated date. I would have preferred a US carrier other than USPS, but the Postal Service actually worked this time. The shirts I ordered are wonderful. The material is high quality, the finish is excellent, and the metal color stays are nice but fall out easily. Luckily I found the stays the first time they fell out, and will take precautions in the future - and before I send them to the cleaners. Both shirts are too wide through the shoulders (I ordered the recommended size from the online recommendation routine), but my tailor can easily adjust that. The fit through the torso is better than most shirts I have in my wardrobe. I would expect a much higher price for shirts of this quality than charged by Tyrwhitt. I will certainly order from Tyrwhitt again. I wish they sold clergy shirts.
