I ordered two custom shirts, opting for what I believed was one of the highest-quality materials available. I also paid the highest price they charge for a shirt. To my surprise, when the shirts arrived, they lacked slits for collar stays. Although the fine print stated that the shirts did not come with stays, I missed this detail amid the extensive ordering information. Moreover, you included brass collar stays with my order, which naturally led me to assume that the shirts would have slits for them. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the product, you made no offer to rectify the situation—no repair, no refund. Your only suggestion was to keep the shirts and wear them as is. Any man who wears dress shirts, especially those with forward point collars, knows that without stays, the collar points upward and does not lie flat, resulting in a frumpy and unfinished look. This was a disappointing experience with poor customer service.
