While not every requested change will necessarily be made, we always listen. We're very proud of the quality of our shirts, and we've worked hard over the years to refine and improve them. A button on the gauntlet (the 'gap' between the cuff and the sleeve proper) is very much a personal choice. We do not omit one for any reason of cost, but simply because our shirts have (with some limited exceptions in the past) never had one. While we see the benefit of a button there, if you have the correct sleeve length, then it isn't a necessity. In any case, we genuinely appreciate your comments and we'll be sure to pass them along to our Products Team.
