A very thin cotton which is easily creased. Took ages to iron. Not up to the quality of previous purchases from Charles Tyrwhitt. Would not buy again.

It's always hugely disappointing whenever we see one of our beautiful shirts not being enjoyed, or the quality of them being seen as less than first-rate. We would never dream of providing a shirt that wasn't made from the best quality materials, and made to the highest standards. That is definitely the case here, too. The Poplin weave is the lightest and thinnest we offer, and is a traditional 'flat' weave. As such, it will have less body to it than a weave such as the Twill, Herringbone or Oxford, which are both thicker and heavier. Of course, if this shirt isn't 100% to your liking then please consider a return under our guarantee - we'd hate for you to be left with a shirt you won't enjoy, or take pride in wearing. If you need any help at all in making a return, our Customer Service Team are here to provide it.
