Hello - the suit never arrived. The delivery driver knocked left a box and then left immediately - I went to the door as soon as they knocked as I was waiting for this desperately and the driver was not there and left. I assumed the trousers were only delivered next day and the suit would come later which would have missed my explicit request to get the suit on Thursday before my critical customer meeting this Monday which I’ve had to do without a suit frustratingly. Have come back to my emails tonight surprised I haven’t received the suit still to see that you believe the suit has been delivered so I am very worried and potentially going to be absolutely furious if this is not refunded immediately. I was going to go into the Charles tyrwhitt reading store to return the trousers this weekend hoping the suit would be here by now, but have just seen this now. Please can I speak with someone immediately, I plan to buy another suit as the trousers do not fit - once the the original sharkskin suit that was not delivered is to be credited I do plan to buy another suit and can explain this / arrange an exchange instead over the phone. I’m trying to be calm and hope I’m not coming across too emotional but a £450 suit not being delivered having paid is naturally something that has me extremely concerned.
