Michael and Zaiga and another woman on the ground floor worked as a Team to satisfy me with my purchases in every way. One pair of dress pants that I purchased needed alterations but my last day in London was the following day and I was seeing a Theater Play that day. The Team worked diligently together and saw to it that the alterations were completed on time. Given this experience, I will want to return to this same store every time when I am in London.
