We really appreciate your detailed feedback on this aspect of your shirt and of course, apologize that the length of the cuff is not suitable for you. That is certainly very disappointing of course, as we want every aspect of our beautiful and high-quality shirts to be perfect. When it comes to the cuff opening/length, we do have to ensure the shorts can be worn by a range of customers who may all have very different characteristics. As such, we may err on the side of caution in making the cuff opening larger. We'll absolutely pass on your feedback to our Products Team, who are always keen to see where tweaks and improvements to our products can be made. Nicholas, thanks for the response and explanation. I'm not sure how cost effective this is, but as a customer I would expect/like to see the new large cuff only on the traditional fit shirt and the smaller original cuff on the slim fit. I think it's safe to assume that a customer buying a slim ft shirt is likely to be wearing it with a slim fit suit jacket. I did see in the customize feature the option to reduce/enlarge the size of the cuff. Unfortunately the luxury white stripe was not listed as a customizable item.
