First time I put it in the wash and it has come out: full of creases. This can’t be a non-iron shirt, you and/or the factory that makes them have lied about this feature. Somebody should’ve tested this already-and also it is a very thin material, very disappointed by the fabric. Kind regards,

It's obviously very disappointing to see you did not have a good experience with the shirt purchased here, and we're sorry for this. All our shirts are made from the best cotton and to the highest standard, however, and we would never use inferior materials. On occasion, a non-iron shirt may need a little 'kick start' to get it to behave as it should and the best way to do this is with a little heat. Popping the shirt in the dryer for a short spin can really work wonders to get rid of those first-time creases!

So you claim. This fabric is not worth this price. It's more of a £20 shirt. I don't need advice on how to treat shirts. I've had many non-irons before. I 've had to deal with way too many in my life. And I have the proof to claim that this is appalling quality for this price. It's a lie to claim that it is non-iron and you are deceiving customers with false claims.
