We appreciate that this design choice may not be to your taste, but we would certify that it is easier to add a pocket to a shirt than to remove a pocket for customers who dislike pockets on their shirts. As such, pockets can be added to the vast majority of our shirts for a small tailoring fee per shirt, as this is additional work that is required when ordering the shirt. We regret to advise that our policy on this meaning that you had to return to the store to have pockets attached does not entitle you to a complimentary shirt, but hope this will not deter you from ordering with us in future now you are aware of our design style and pocket options.
