Sleeve length was unpredictable, and turned out 2" - 3" too long (mens large). Not consistent with many other providers.

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us and I'm sorry to hear that your shirt did not fit perfectly this time. As this is one of our casual shirts, the size is "set" so to speak whereas our formal shirts allow for specification of the neck and sleeve individually. Please note that not all retailers measure the same and some of our customers do not take fresh measurements and follow our unique sizing instructions before ordering. Using an old piece of clothing from another brand to establish your sizing often results in errors so measuring fresh is so very important to finding the right size from the get-go. I'd encourage you to check your measurements again via our "how to measure for a CT shirt" video and then consult the CT sizing guides on the website for your best fit before processing your online return or exchange.
