Confirmation messages and email updates were exactly what I would expect from a reputable retailer, and the goods arrived promptly. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. The quality of the products was far below what I expected from a brand that appears to position itself as a London high‑street retailer. The linen polo shirts were made from extremely thin material—so thin that you could see straight through them when held up to the light. Even looking through both the front and back layers together, light still passed through easily. This was entirely inconsistent with how the products were represented online. The return and refund process offered no option to communicate with an actual person, though I had no issue with the AI system itself. What I did find disappointing was being required to pay for return postage when the items clearly did not match reasonable expectations based on the website’s presentation. I cannot comment on the quality of their business shirts. They appear appealing in the photos, but so did the polo shirts, and I am not willing to take that risk again. Overall, this was one of the poorest product experiences I’ve had in online shopping. It reinforced the point that a polished website does not guarantee a quality product. Very disappointed.
