The blue dye from the trainers stained my socks and feet

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, though we are sorry that you have had a poor experience with our trainers, the dye should certainly not have caused staining and we have received no similar reports with this design, so we are unsure what has gone wrong here.
We have arranged a courier collecting these on Friday so we can inspect these and understand what caused this issue, we hope this will be convenient and hope to have a resolution for you shortly once this has been received and examined.

Thanks for your reply. I am not in after 11am on Friday 21st. The first day I am free to wait in all morning is Wednesday 26th. It would have been sensible and polite to ask when I was available. It seems you plan to take the shoes back to assess for your own quality control and keep my money ?
