Your feedback has been passed on to our management team, who have provided the following response: Good afternoon, We are very disappointed to hear these comments as a store we always strive to give the best services with good intentions to every customer of ours. Regarding your jacket and trousers, you wanted the jacket to be shortened from the shoulders and I personally took them to the tailor to explain to him what is required. We listened to you and respected that you weren’t really impressed by the finishing which I believed to be acceptable and as explained, we have had much work through him before. Knowing the finesse of the cloth it may have required a hand stitching by a more advanced / bespoke tailor, we refunded you the whole of the tailoring cost on your request that you will get it done by another tailor of your choice. We were under the impression that you left happy with that decision and I can apologise to you if you felt it wasn’t up to your standards . We will address the issue internally and make sure we take your views on board. We always look forward to seeing you again as we had really enjoyed the interaction with you in store.
