I sent back the original to switch from a size 36 to 38 and have 1 inch shortened, the work was done on a pair of slim fit trousers when I had originally bought normal fit wow how difficvuult ids this

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear that the replacement trousers weren't quite what you were expecting. I've checked the online return digital instructions that you'd left us when completing the online return and it reads "SUN0006NAV waist 38 plus alteration to 29 length". The code you provided was different from the code of the trousers you returned and that code is for the slim fit pair. I'm afraid that the trousers you were sent in response were precisely what was requested.
