I ordered a pair of shoes online on October 10th. I was informed that they would be delivered to the Regent Street store by October 17th. However, there was no update on the 17th. When I contacted customer service on the 18th, I was told there was an issue with my order, that it could no longer be fulfilled, and that my only option was a refund.
I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. Why was my order cancelled without any prior notification or explanation? I would like a clear explanation for why this happened.
