Nice fabric but no stretch in the waistband! Also the size is significantly overstated - compared with other cheaper trousers I buy, these were more like a 36 waist!
The returns process was confusing and having wasted time trying one supposed return depot (a local Tesco store who said they don’t provide such a service) finally had to drive 5 miles to find a post office.
Refunds were only given within 10 working days of the product being received back in CT’s base. This is not very customer- friendly and smacks of penny pinching! As a formerly loyal customer, I was very disappointed with the whole experience and unless things change, doubt I shall order again. Such a shame!
