Wrong monogramming due to a glitch in their system - poor customer service

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us and I'm sorry to hear that this shirt wasn't what you expected. I can see that you had chosen standard delivery on this occasion and the estimated delivery date was the 24th. Please consider our next day service for an additional £3.00 in the future. After checking your account and a copy of your confirmation email, I can see that you did indeed order a shirt with just "C" as the monogram text, not "C&P". When trying to replicate this issue on our website, I can see that the site simply does not let you enter a "&" sign. As such, the monogram of "C" would have had to be confirmed twice. One when adding to the bag and once when checking out. As explained with my colleagues we would ask that the shirt is returned so that we can complete our quality control checks, find out what went wrong and why. Finally although you mentioned that there has been no compensation issued, I can see that our team had arranged a £25.00 credit voucher for you to use on your next order, should you choose to do so. This is not an offer and such can be combined with other discounts or offers. If you would like some help arranging the return of the shirt please do let me know and I can arrange that for you. Nevertheless despite the error in monogramming I hope that the quality of the shirt met your expectations in fabric and construction. I wish you an excellent week ahead.

A good shirt but useless if it cannot arrive in good order

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear that this shirt arrived in a less-than-stellar condition. I'd just tried to call you at around 15:10 today but I could not connect and there was no option to leave a voicemail. Instead of assuming that you were OK with a replacement being sent out (as you mentioned the event you ordered it for has already passed) I wanted to ask if you preferred a different style, a refund or indeed a like for like replacement. I can then complete the online return for you and provide you with a return label with which to return the faulty shirt back to us at your convenience. Nevertheless, I wish you an excellent weekend and I look forward to resolving this for you.
