I purchased this suit and bag with expedited shipping. It said it would arrive on the 7th-9th. It didn’t, which impacted me getting it tailored for an event tomorrow. Out of luck, my wife treated me to a suit supply gift card. Lot more than I would have spent on myself and still had to get it tailored but it was a great experience. Unfortunately, I tried to reach out about the suit I ordered in December from CT and the chat couldn’t help. It redirected me to the number. I forgot about it during work and eventually this evening my wife sends me pictures of a busted up box left on the steps. The box was torn open on the front and the sides like if it were kicked and dragged along it’s journey. The clothing is disheveled in their bags and even off the hangers. I bought my wedding suit in 2012 and 5 others in 2011. Along with two coats I lived and while it was in store then, this doesn’t resemble the execution or quality of that time
