It's certainly disappointing to see that your initial impressions when wearing our shirts has not been wholly positive, despite them looking great. We're obviously sorry that you feel they are of poor or low quality - but we can assure you that this is absolutely not the case. We have built an incredible reputation for the quality of our shirts over 40 years, and paramount amongst that has been our relentless drive for quality. Different shirts - Twill, Poplin, Oxford etc. - will feel different against the skin, simply due to the way in which the threads are woven together. Some will have a texture to them, while others are 'flat'. Some customers may well be more sensitive to the feel of the weave against the skin. We'll be in touch to provide some further assistance, and to offer some potential alternatives to try instead. The Poplin, especially, might be the one for you, as that weave has the flattest and smoothest feel.
