I wasn’t sure if I wanted Royal or Sky Blue so I ordered both. First two were too small so ordered a bigger size. Got charged for sending back🤔

Please note that this fee of £3.95 is only deducted for returns made solely for refund, with exchanges being free of charge, included for delivery of the exchange order. The return for refund handling fee is noted within our terms and conditions, return FAQs and on our returns page. As you had returned for a refund and then opted to reorder, the return fee applied. In future we would recommend using the return platform to request an exchange so the fee will not apply. As you had reordered, we will process the £3.95 handling fee as a refund for this order, which can be expected to be visible on you statement within 5 business days.
