I sent these chinos back and asked for a different led length as too small. However they returned the same sized chinos back to me with no explanation.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, although we are sorry that the chino lengths were too short and that your exchange instructions were not followed, meaning you received the same size as returned. This should not have happened and we have sent you a QR code with updated return instructions to send these back for the 31" leg length you had requested. We will call you once these have been received to take payment for the shortening service to reduce these to a 31" leg length, as this is not a size we stock by default. We are sorry to have let you down thus far but hope you will enjoy the newly sized trousers once received.
