I ordered these trousers to take on a forthcoming holiday and I used the click and collect service as I was returning two pairs of trousers that were a poor fit and are the subject of a separate review. When I tried the trousers on I wasn’t able to fasten the waistband because the metal fastener was missing. They are now out of stock so it’s not possible to order a replacement. I have been a CT customer for a number of years so it’s rather disappointing to have to return three pairs of trousers because of poor fit and quality control issues. I’m no longer a happy customer

This is indeed very disappointing to see and we're truly sorry that you didn't have these lovely trousers to take with you on holiday as a result of the missing metal fastener. This most certainly should not have made it through our (usually very robust) quality control checks, so you are quite correct there. We will have this reported and re-double our efforts to ensure that only products which are 100% perfect make it out to customers. Again, our apologies that your recent experiences have not been positive here but we hope to regain your confidence on a future purchase.
