We have been perfecting our Chino range for many years and we truly believe this is the best we’ve ever offered. It is therefore particularly upsetting that you have been unable to find your perfect size. We offer three different fits and four different leg lengths and find that this provides the perfect solution for the vast majority of our customers. Our Chinos can be customised using our in-house tailoring service, should you require a unique length. If our sizing is still proving to be a challenge, we'd be happy to discuss your requirements through live chat or give you a ring. In regards to the refund, as an exchange was requested but latterly cancelled, our standard procedure would be to refund to a card, which is done over the phone through our secure payments system. There is nothing fraudulent or unsecure about this, though we understand the concerns raised.
