Nubuck Smart Trainers are unwearable and a total waste of money, that I cant wear and spent far more than wanting,

As this order was purchased in store, I'm afraid it cannot be returned via post for an exchange. If you'd like to exchange, please return to the store with the item in hand and they will be able to offer a refund or an exchange then and there. I do understand that this would take quite some effort as you mentioned having to take a boat to the mainland.
To this effect I'd tried to call you this afternoon but I could only leave a voicemail. I just wanted to see where I could help if I could and perhaps arrange a return with you if needed. This would result in the shoes being sent back via post for a refund only.
