Nice shoes but will need a bit of “breaking in”

I'm very sorry indeed to hear that these shoes were not quite as you expected. Due to the hardwearing materials used in their constructions, our shoes can be a bit stubborn but they can be coaxed to a perfect fit. I'd recommend wearing them in for about two weeks with double socks. This both buffers your feet and pushes the leather out that little bit more to provide the best fit once finished. Of course, if this still doesn't work, your purchase is still covered by our return policy.
