I'd just tried to call you this afternoon to get a better understanding of what you mean in this review but I could only leave a voicemail. To recap, your previous order that was not returned (of formal shirts) had a chest size of 55.5" but the XXL Jersey size guide shows a chest size of 52.5" which is smaller, not larger. Please do let us know in more detail what the issue was here so that we can do all we can to reduce the chances of it happening again.
