My rating is not based on the service. I rated based on product quality, when compared with my 2024 purchase and price paid (less than 1/3 of full price). My 2024 shirts despite being 2 years old have been barely used, while the looks are similar the feel of my older shirts is of much higher quality. Had I paid the AUD $69 per item (the 2024 price) I would have returned the entire 2026 order. Needless to say I won't be buying online with CT anymore, I will however visit one of their stores once I relocate to UK before deciding if they meet the quality standards I require as a customer.

Material is nice and soft but they have started making the shirts so thin that the shirts become unusable. You would have to wear undershirts if you want to wear their shirts. Look through a single piece of tissue paper and you will get the idea. I never had this issue with their older shirts, but now I have to find another brand.
