Thank you for your feedback regarding our packaging, though I am sorry you were disappointed due to a lack of a box for packaging. We use bags, which are made from a fully recyclable by-product of harvesting sugar cane, as this is much lighter and much smaller than most cardboard packaging. This means more of our products can be sent in one carrier, meaning less carriers are needed, and therefore lower emissions. In regards to the gift box, I'm afraid that after checking your order and confirmation email, one was not ordered.
