Here's the second issue. Non-standard sizing, which for a clothing company is unforgiveable. 2 of the 3 shirts I ordered fitted fine but the third, this one, was really long and maybe would have suited someone over 6ft 6inches (I'm 6ft BTW). I have bought a shirt previously and was given a length option for which I chose long and realised this was a mistake. So when this shirt arrived and was the same length as the long one I had ordered before, but I had not been presented with an option for length at point of sale, I got the impression that you probably just took whatever was next on the shelf and shipped it. There's no point sending this one back for a replacement because there is no length option so who knows what I'll get next time. A real shame because other then the length I really like the shirt but I'll never be able to order from you again because I won't know what I'm going to get.

We don't size our shirts by Short, Regular and Long sizes, with the length of the body being dictated by the fit, neck size and sleeve length combination chosen, so it is disappointing to learn that the body length for our dress shirts is too long for you. We do have an option for shortening the body length with orders placed over the phone. The two shirts that appear to fit you well are from our Casual Range which are designed to be worn untucked, hence having a shorter length.
