Cutaway collars

The cutaway collar is wider than the classic collar, meaning more of your tie will be visible. It suits slender or longer faces, or anyone who likes a contemporary look.

Semi-cutaway collars

A cross between our classic and cutaway collars, the semi-cutaway is a smaller collar which is slightly spread at the front.

Extreme cutaway collars

This is a wider version of our cutaway collar. The collar tips are cut away, facing towards the shoulders. Flattering for narrow faces.

Wing collars

A wing collar is designed for an evening shirt, to be worn with a bow tie and a tuxedo jacket. Rather than collar points, it has two "wings" that sit flat.

Resort collars

A casual collar style, inspired by 1950s fashion. It is open and flat with no buttons at the very top, forming a permanent V-shape.

Collarless

A shirt with no collar – just a round collar band. Also known as a grandad collar or band collar, it gives a clean and modern look.

Casual business shirts

Herringbone

A diagonal weave in a fish skeleton-like pattern, with a smooth feel, textured warmth, and soft drape.

Oxford

A midweight weave that gives a two-tone, textured appearance. You’ll find it in casual and business shirts alike.

Pinpoint

Midweight and breathable, with a very fine square-like texture. Pinpoint shirts hang well but stay cool.

Poplin

A strong cotton weave in a simple criss-cross pattern. It’s lightweight and cool with a smooth, silky finish.

Twill

A Tyrwhitt favourite, with a distinct diagonal pattern: soft, thick, crease-resistant, and endlessly smart.

Dobby

A weaving style that creates small geometric patterns in the fabric, adding a touch of texture to your look.

Seersucker

A lightweight, breathable fabric, woven with threads at different tensions to create an attractive puckered effect.
