We're sorry for the disappointment caused by the sweater arriving in a wrinkled condition. We use the plastic packaging as it allows for lighter-weight and a smaller amount of packaging than cardboard, meaning more of our product can be transported in one shipment reducing emissions. The packaging is fully recyclable and made from a by-product of harvesting sugar cane, so far more environmentally friendly. Nonetheless we acknowledge the criticism that this has meant the garment has arrived in a disappointing state and have shared this feedback to be considered when planning changes to our packaging in future.
