We put the same care, love and attention into crafting our casual shirts as we do our business shirts, so it is certainly disappointing to see that this one did not quite meet that mark. The Washes Oxford is a well-established and loved weave, which is designed to be a little heavier and thicker than something like the Twill. Of course, if this one isn't for you, then please by all means return it to us and we'll gladly exchange it for you at no cost.

The issue with the casual shirts is not actually the crafting of the tailoring. There is a problem with the materials selected. In my experience as a loyal Charles Tyrwhitt customer, there is a huge gap between the quality of your very best business shirts and your casual shirts. I have previously found that the one exception to this is the Oxford shirts which are usually also high quality. Unfortunately the new collarless range does not meet this usual standard.
