In regards to our return fee, please note that this is advertised when returning the items to us and it's there to encourage our customers to work with us to resolve their sizing issues rather than giving up on the first hurdle, so to speak. Please note that exchanges have always been completely free. As this one in particular was fitting a little smaller, it could be that you'd received a faulty unit. Though rare, these do happen but are team are in place to be able to issue a replacement should the need arise.
