Such errors, though increasingly few and far between, are unacceptable as we understand the inconvenience caused to our customers. We would usually issue an expedited replacement to be issued, however, regret to advise that we have sold out of the trousers in the required size. As such, we have issued a full refund which can be expected within 5 business days. We are sorry to have let you down on this occasion and hope you will give us another chance to demonstrate our usually high standards of service and product soon.
