Wrong size sent for the Grey shirt but the two other shirts were the correct size. Pity that your 'casual' shirts do not have a sleeve size selection similar to match the business shirts.

I can see in your previous order, you'd chosen a small size for the casual shirt and this has not been returned. This shirt was ordered in a medium size and this can be confirmed by checking your confirmation email. Not to worry however as swapping this for the correct size couldn't be simpler. Just head on over to our online return portal to get started. Despite the incorrect size I hope the quality of our shirts continue to shine through and we look forward to hearing that the replacement you choose fits perfectly.
